Just Begin Sauvignon Blanc 2021
For the craziest of dreams to come true you have to Just Begin. This wine is the very first batch ever produced by Just Cellars.  Produced from a kit of 100% California Sauvignon Blanc Juice, this was one excellent adventure!  We learned a  lot and actually made a decent bottle of wine.  You’ll find a very crisp, acidic wine with the expected citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit.  The body is light, and perfect for a hot Texas day sitting by the pool.
Just Begin Merlot 2021
Welcome to the latest release of the Just Begin series. This wine is the very first red varietal ever produced by Just Cellars. Produced from a kit of 100% California Merlot Must. This wine taught us a lot about chemistry. The crystal-clear purple colors will draw you in to find a slightly acidic light bodied wine with bold fruit flavors on the front with that classic layer of chocolate at the finish.
