Just Begin - Sauvignon Blanc 2021

For the craziest of dreams to come true you have to Just Begin. This wine is the very first batch ever produced by Just Cellars.  Produced from a kit of 100% California Sauvignon Blanc Must, this was one excellent adventure!  We learned a  lot and actually made a decent bottle of wine.  You’ll find a very crisp, acidic wine with the expected citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit.  The body is light, and perfect for a hot Texas day sitting by the pool.
