Just Begin Merlot released!

We've just released the next varietal in the inaugural Just Begin collection from Just Cellars. This Merlot represents our first attempt at a red. We had a good time learning even more about the chemistry and process of the wine making process. This wine did come from a kit similar to the Sauvignon Blanc that preceded it.

This wine has a higher level of acidity and a lighter body than you may expect from a traditional Merlot. It has strong black fruit flavors with the traditional undertones of chocolate.
